There are five areas of PERMA.  These are,

1. Positive Emotions – How happy you are feeling.

2. Engagement – How interested and involved you are in the things you do.

3. Relationships – How close you feel to the people around you.

4. Meaning – How important you think things are.

5. Achievement – How well you think you are doing.
